2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/claimants.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent has raised serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. The first petitioner would aver that in order to arrange funds for filing this appeal, delay of 947 days occurred in filing this appeal.

5. The reasons assigned by the petitioner in the affidavit appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 947 days shall stand waived.
