The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant parole to the petitioner's father in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2017 now confined in Central Prison Puzhal, Chennai for a period of 30 days for the petitionr's father to alienate his property and to mobilize the fund and to join the petitioner in a college. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Hence nothing survive in this petition. 3.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
