Despite notice on the contesting respondents, there is no representation on behalf of the contesting respondents.

2. By an order dated 22.11.2023, interim injunction was granted by this Court. Despite the same, the respondents have not come forward to either appear in person or through a counsel to vacate the interim order.

3. Considering the same, interim order passed on 22.11.2023 is made absolute pending further proceedings under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

4. The applicant is directed to initiate appropriate proceedings by appointing an Arbitrator in accordance with the Agreement with the respondents within three months from today.
