ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the body and person of the detenue by name Nandhini, aged about 27 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenue seeking her production from the alleged custody of the second respondent. The detenue and the second respondent have been produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate. The detenue has stated before this Court that she has since married the second respondent and the marriage has also been registered on 04.10.2019. Today, the detenue is also present before us and reiterated the same.

3. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
