ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petition become infructuous, and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition. The learned counsel also made an endorsement in this petition to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
