Ka. 10799/ 15/ E2 dated 20.9.2019 and consequential order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na. Ka. 329/19 dated 9.10.2019(WMP.30062/2019) pending disposal of this writ petition WP.30107/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Second and Third Respondents states that in view of the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Registering Authority would not take any steps for cancellation of documents in furtherance to the impugned order, without the prior permission of this Court. The said submission is placed on record.
