ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.J.Pradeep, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for respondent No.1 and Mr.P.S.Prabhu, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

2. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the encroachment is already removed on 20.09.2023.

3. In view of the said statement, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in the matter. In that event, all contentions are kept open.

The writ petition as such is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
