ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from evicting the petitioners from their respective houses comprised in Survey Numbers 14/2 and 3 of No.31, Chettichavadi Village, Salem Taluk, Salem District without following the due process of law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property situated in Survey Numbers 14/2 and 3 of No.31, Chettichavadi Village, Salem Taluk, Salem District. It is their grievance 2/4

that the respondent officials are trying to acquire their lands without following due process of law. Hence, seeks this Court for issuance of appropriate directions.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that if the petitioners possesses the title over the subject properties, their possession will not be disturbed without following due process of law.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
