This petition has been filed to implead the petitioners herein as the second respondent in W.P.No.27809 of 2023 and pass orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they are interested party to this writ petition and they have to be heard. He further submits that the respondents 1 and 2 herein have been regularly making attempts to introduce innovation to the temple practices which requires interference by this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/writ petitioners objected to allow this impleading petition and they have filed their counter wherein they have stated that the petitioners are neither necessary nor proper parties to the writ petition and impleading them would necessarily diver the writ petition to a different tangent. 1/4

4. Heard both sides.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is impleaded in the writ petition as 9th respondent. 6.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the writ petition and list the matter on 18.07.2024.
