This petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file Civil Revision Petition to set aside the delivery order dated 01.10.2015 passed in E.P.No.149 of 2017 in O.S.No.557 of 2004 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
