2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since a case has already been registered for the same issue in Cr.No.525 of 2019 under Section 145 Cr.P.C., the present petitioner's complaint dated 26.09.2019, has been closed by the respondent police on 20.11.2019.
