The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner had abstained from attending the Court. It is the fifth occasion on which he has been secured on execution of NBW and presently the case is posted for examination of the Investigating Officer. 3.

Considering the stage of trial and the past conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
