ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of investigation/enquiry and pass such further orders.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], on instructions, submitted that as the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and civil suit is also pending, the complaint is closed and hence, the petitioner is no longer required for enquiry.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
