This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to assess the petitioner's Bill of Entry dated 13.08.2003 pertaining to Portable Emergency Lamps. 2.When this writ petition was taken up earlier, the prayer for interim direction was dismissed by order dated 26.08.2003 itself. By efflux of time, the question of issuing a direction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to release 8100 pieces of Portable Emergency Lamps cannot be granted at this juncture. Hence the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. No costs.
