PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to withdraw the entire case diary in Crime No.162 of 2014 from the file of the 3rd respondent and hand over the same to the 2nd respondent to investigate the case and file a final report within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for change of investigation in Crime No.162 of 2014 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent.
2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.162 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, before the concerned jurisdiction Magistrate Court.
4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
