The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No. 48 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner promised that he will promote the property belonging to the defacto complainant and received a sum of Rs.21,50,000/- from her and neither developed the property nor returned the money back to the defacto complainant. Hence the complaint.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing on 08.12.2022 the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner agreed to pay a sum of 13,00,0000/- to the defacto complainant.

4. Today the defacto complainant appeared before this Court and submitted that she has received a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- from the petitioner and she agreed to withdraw the case and to that effect she has also made an endorsement in the bundle.

5. Since the issue has been amicable settled between the parties, no further order is necessary in this petition. Accordingly this petition is disposed of.
