The petitioner/A4, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.09.2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 273, 328 and 304(2) IPC in Crime No.483 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had supplied chicken to the hotel of A1 and according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the early morning and later, in the evening, it was processed and Shawarma was made. One family had eaten it, out of which, a 16 years old girl died.

3.A1, who is the owner of the hotel, had been taken into custody and he had given a statement that the petitioner is the person who has supplied the chicken to the hotel. Naturally, there were some diseases in the chicken which should have been deducted and unfortunately, having been not deducted, not only the chicken died but also one person who ate the chicken also died.

vkr 4.Taking into consideration that further investigation has to be done in this case.
