This Writ Petition has been preferred to quash the final report in C.C.No.717 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate -1, Cuddalore, on the ground that the same is an abuse of process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the documents placed on record.

3. A perual of the records indicates that the case and counter case has been registered and it is for the concerned court to decide as to who is aggressor, admittedly, the materials available on record shows that there were injuries caused on the head of the injured and medical opinion are available, therefore, at this stage, there cannot be any roving enquiry and conduct of mini trial and hence the petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
