Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the 1st respondent to quash the impugned proceedings in R.C.No.17503/2017/A1 dated 18/04/2017 and direct the 1st respondent to implement the order W.P.No.22402/2011 dated 21/02/2012 and in Contempt Petition No.724/2013 dated 31/10/2013 and to grant posting as Retrospective Tahsildhar. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the first respondent to quash the impugned proceedings in R.C.No.17503/ 2017/A1 dated 18.04.2017 and to direct the first respondent to implement the order in W.P.No.22402 of 2011 dated 21.02.2012 and in Contempt Petition No.724 of 2013 dated 31.10.2013 and to grant posting as Retrospective Tahsildhar. 2.This petition is today heard through Video Conferencing. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who was present along with her, placed her submissions before this Court.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that due to the pendancy of criminal case and departmental proceedings, promotion was not given to
the petitioner and would further submit that the petitioner preferred appeal before the Appellate Authority. Hence, liberty may be given to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law after disposal of the appeal. 4.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy in the manner known to law after disposal of the appeal preferred before the Appellate Authority. No costs.
