Instant application has been filed by the plaintiffs in the main suit with the following prayer:

'....to amend the Door number and street name in the C Schedule mentioned in the original suit is to be amended as Door No.1, Mannappa Naicken Street instead of Door No.31, Yadaval Street in C.S.No.177 of 2013 and pass such further order other orders...'

2. Mr.A.Prakash, learned counsel on record for applicants/plaintiffs is before this Court and Mr.M.Sureshkumar, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for defendants, who are respondents in instant application, is before this Court.

3. Learned counsel for respondents/defendants submits that there is no objection or opposition to instant application.

4. Instant application is one for amendment inter alia under Order VI Rule 17 of 'The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908' ('CPC' for brevity). 1/1

5. Having perused the affidavit filed in support of instant application, having heard the learned counsel on both sides, in the light of there being no opposition or objection and being convinced that the prayer is innocuous, instant application is ordered as prayed for.

6. Plaintiffs are given time till 10.01.2020 to carry out necessary and consequential amendments and file amended copy of plaint. vsm 18.12.2019 2/2
