This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 752 days in re-presenting the above suit in Crl.RC.SR.No.43488 of 2025 in Crl.MP.No.2468 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 752 days is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras, within a period of one week from today, failing which the present order shall stand automatically cancelled.
