In the above suit a memo has been filed by the plaintiffs 2 and 3, wherein they seek to withdraw the suit in view of the fact that the suit itself become infructuous on account of the elections having been conducted between 21st to 23rd October, 2019. Though the prayer is made seeking liberty to file a fresh suit, however this Court is not granting liberty to the same. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
