..Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents herein to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2022 and consequently 1/5

direct the 4th respondent herein to allot the assigned Land to the petitioner after subdivision and mutation the revenue records as per " F" Patta issued to the petitioner and pass orders.

By the consent of both the parties this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the subject land was assigned to the petitioner and thereafter there was series of litigation by the other assignees, land owners and subsequent purchasers. However, the assignment made to the petitioner was not carried out in the revenue records. Hence the petitioner made a representation to the respondent on 22.09.2022. However the same was not considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2022, within a stipulated time as 2/5

fixed by this Court.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the counter parties, if any.

6. With the above terms, this present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
