ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the entire records pursuant to the Crime No.146 of 2017 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police and quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned by allowing this Criminal Original Petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a closure report has been filed as "mistake of fact" before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Chengam on 27.12.2017 in RCS No.31 of 2017.
