2. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case final report has already been before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur, on 18.10.2022 and it is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur, is directed to take the case on file, if the charge sheet is otherwise in order.
