Application Nos.5242 & 5243 of 2023 in O.P.No.310 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J These applications have been filed seeking to discharge the 1st petitioner from natural guardianship of the minor petitioner P.Pratesh Anand/3rd petitioner in the original petition and declare the petitioner as major.

2. In order to show that the 3rd petitioner had attained majority, a copy of the birth certificate of the 3rd petitioner has been filed. The 3rd petitioner was born on 15.06.2005. Now, he has crossed eighteen years of age. Therefore, the 3rd petitioner is declared as major and the 1st petitioner is accordingly discharged from the guardianship. These applications are ordered accordingly.
