This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22430 of 2022 on 16.09.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before respondent police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
