CMP Nos.22575, 22578 and 22581 of 2019 in CRP No.4242 of 2014 R.PONGIAPPAN, J.

These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed by the petitioner, seeking the relief to condone the delay of 70 days, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent and to bring the respondents 5 to 7 on record as legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent, in Civil Revision Petition No.4242 of 2014.

2. Mrs. R.T.Sundari, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that there is no objection for allowing these applications and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same and also there is no objection on the side of the respondents, these petitions, seeking condonation of delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring the respondents 5 to 7 on record as legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent are ordered as prayed for.

4. List the matter on 21.11.2019.
