This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the trial court in CC.No.165 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukuli by a judgment dated 31.07.2023, pending disposal of the above revision. 2.

In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15789 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025, granting suspension of sentence, no further order is necessary in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
