Crl.O.P.No.23619 of 2025 rpl 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that the case was registered on the complaint of the victim girl. The girl was rescued from Kerala, where she had eloped along with the petitioner. The statement of the victim recorded before the Magistrate clearly implicates the petitioner. 4.

Considering the fact the investigation is at nascent stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
