This Petition has been filed to call for the records of FIR in Cr.No.93 of 2011 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Veeranam Police Station, Salem i.e., the 1 st respondent herein and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed against A2 alone in PRC.No.212 of 2025 and as against A1/ petitioner, no final report has been filed and the petitioner is not an accused in this case.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed.
