Mr.S.Prabhu, Learned Counsel appearing for Sixth, Eighth and Ninth Respondents and Mr.Thriyambak J.Kannan, Learned Counsel appearing for the First Respondent have also confirmed the same.

3.In view of the above, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
