Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to dispose of my patta transfer application made online vide application No.2019/0103/07/197107 dated 14.10.2019 and consequently issue patta in Survey No.116/2 for land measuring 2 acres 40 cents and Survey No.122/1B2 measuring an extent of 0.60 cents, in all admeasuring acre 3.00 situated at Kottapoondi Village, Melmalayanur Taluk, Villupuram District in favour of the petitioner at the earliest point of time.

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to dispose the patta transfer application made by the petitioner through online on 14.10.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that on 24.10.2019 the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar vide his proceedings in TR:2019/0103/07/197107TR had taken up the online application of the petitioner and has passed orders transferring the patta.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
