This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 142 days in filing the Appeal against the acquittal Judgment passed in Special C.C.No.26 of 2014 dated 21.02.2019 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Special Judge, Tiruppur.

2.Notice ordered to the respondent also filed his objections and strongly opposed the condone delay petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 142 days is condoned accordingly.
