ORDER
When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 28.10.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and hence, the matter has been listed today under the caption ''for dismissal''. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

The learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioners were already permitted to complete the training in the 'Diplomate of National Board'.

Due to efflux of time, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions and the same are dismissed. No costs.
