Com.A.No.577 of 2022 and C.P.No.378 of 1997 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY. J., This application is filed seeking to condone the delay of 5951 days in filing the claim petition in Claim No.378/1997/T.N.STEEL/CLAIM-II in C.P.No.378 of 1997 before the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Sridhar Pamarthi, Official Liquidator, who expressed no objection in condoning the delay.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application stands allowed and the delay in filing the above claim petition is ordered accordingly.
