Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No. 10/4A1 admeasuring about 0.49 cents situated in Karundalakurichi Village, Chinna Salem Taluk, 1/6
Kallakurichi District based on application dated 08.07.2025 in Application No.2025/ 0123/33/007915 pending before the respondent within the stipulated time as fix by this Honble court.

With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The prayer in this Petition is for issuance of a writ, in the nature of mandamus to the respondents to survey the petitioner's land based on application dated 08.07.2025 pending before the respondents within the stipulated time as fix by this Court.

Mr.K.Vijayaragavan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner purchased a land (morefully described in prayer portion of this order) by virtue of a Sale Deed dated 20.09.2021; that right from the said date of purchase, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the property and patta has also been granted in the name of the petitioner; that on 08.07.2025, the petitioner made an application before the respondents for land survey demarcation, however, as on date, the petitioner has not been favoured with any response, which necessitated the petitioner to approach this Court by way of present Writ Petition seeking for the relief, as stated supra.
4. Mrs.S.Indhu Bala, the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents fairly submitted that the application made by the petitioner would be considered and appropriate steps would be taken for surveying the petitioner's land within the time as stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer, sought for in this Writ Petition and in view of the submission made by the learned 3/6
Additional Government Pleader for respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the applications made by the petitioner dated 08.07.2025 and take suitable steps for conducting a survey in the petitioner's property and demarcate the same by metes and bounds after giving notice to any otherinterested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say, in the event, any obstruction is being caused by any third parties, the respondents are at liberty to seek the assistance of the Police Officials, in which case, the concerned Jurisdictional Police is directed to render all kinds of assistance, as required, by the Revenue Officials for demarcation of the subject property. No costs. List the case before this Court on 04.11.2025, ''For Reporting Compliance of this order''
