This application has been filed to condone the delay of 5951 days in filing the Claim Petition in Claim No. 378/ 1997/T.N.STEEL/CLAIM-II in C.P.

No. 378 of 1997 before the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Official Liquidator.

3. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and accordingly, this application is allowed.

The learned Official Liquidator is permitted to carry out the proceedings if it is otherwise in order and disburse the amount subject to the availability of funds.
