Today when the matter is came up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent that PW1 has already been examined-in-chief and cross-examined and listed the case for further cross-examination on 30.03.2023. It is also submitted that the above case was 1/4

transferred to the file of the XV Small Causes Court, Chennai. Since the trial has commenced and it is in the advanced stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain the quash petition at this stage. It is open to the parties to raise all their contentions before the trial Court.
