This application is filed to condone the delay of 5951 days in filing the claim petition in C.P.No.378 of 1997 before the respondent.

2. The learned Official Liquidator submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

4. Accordingly, this Application is allowed and the delay of 5951 days is condoned.

5. The learned Official Liquidator is directed to verify the claims and thereafter pass orders.
