O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.3 in Crl.MP.No.11724 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.11431 of 2025 dated 08.07.2025 that ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on Tuesday of every week at 10.30.a.m.,until further orders''.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on completion of investigation, final report filed.

3. In view of the above fact, the condition to report before the respondent police stands relaxed.
