The present contempt Proceeding has been initiated to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 24.07.2023 made in W.P.No.21762 of 2023.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit the order dated 24.07.2023 made in W.P.No.21762 of 2023 has been complied with and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
