This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragrapah No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.16779 of 2025 dated 24.06.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m.,until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16779 of 2025 dated 24.06.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
