ORDER

The Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.18639 of 2022 dated 22.07.2022 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation submits that now the order of the Court has been complied with.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Corporation has not settled the amount to the petitioner, within the stipulated time. He further submits that, as directed by this Court, additional interest has not been paid to the petitioner.

4. To that extent, the petitioner shall make appropriate representation seeking for the payment of the difference amount before the authority concerned. Insofar as remaining portion is concerned, the order of the Court has been complied with.
