ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction, directing the 2nd respondent, namely, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram to take further action on the petition dated 17.04.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that after conducting enquiry CSR has been closed as early as on 30.11.2018.

3.It is seen from the records that after enquiry CSR has been closed on 30.11.2018. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Further, the respondent police is directed to serve copy of the closure report to the petitioner. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the concerned Court.
