This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 08.08.2022 made in W.P.No.18962 of 2020. 1/3

2.The petitioner is the fifth respondent in the writ petition. This Court vide order dated 08.08.2022 made in W.P.No.18962 of 2020 directed the respondent to measure the subject property based on the documents produced by the writ petitioner and the private respondents in the writ petition and to file a comprehensive report in O.S.No.68 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchengode. 3.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the writ petitioner made objection for the respondent measuring the subject property.

4.The order passed by this Court in the writ petition is only for the writ petitioner and the aggrieved person, if any, is only the writ petitioner. If at all the writ petitioner is aggrieved, he can file contempt, however, this contempt is filed by the fifth respondent in the writ petition. Hence, the contempt petition is mis-conceived and hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
