The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the Madurai Thallakulam Police Station every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11435 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.

No.17274 of 2024, dated 30.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition for fifteen days, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
