This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner should report before the learned VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., and report before the respondent Police everyday at 05.30 p.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.23385 of 2022 on 26.09.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
