Aggrieved by the judgment of acquittal of the respondents, the petitioner/complainant has filed the present petition seeking leave to file an appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Trial Court had not considered the evidence of PW1 to PW4 in the proper perspective which established the prosecution case beyond all reasonable doubt and hence, the question as to whether the evidence of PW1 to PW4 can be accepted, has to be determined by this Court. 3.In view of the above, this Court finds force in the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the question as to whether the evidence of PW1 to PW4 can be accepted, has to be determined by this Court. Accordingly, leave is granted to file an appeal. Page No.1 of 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
