O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 15.05.2025 seeking reclassification of the land comprised in Survey No.66/2A, situated at Kayanallur Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpet District as a patta land within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On perusal of the records, it is revealed that the land comprised in comprised in Survey No.66/3 was classified as Anadheenam land. It is situated adjacent to the petitioner's patta land. Now, the petitioner submitted the representation to re-classify the land from Anadheenam land to private patta land. The petitioner is in no way connected with the subject land since it is classified as Anadheenam land. Hence, the representation submitted by 2/4

the petitioner seeking re-classification of the subject land from Anadheenam land to private patta land cannot be considered. Therefore, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
